Complete a Technical Challenge
Role-dependent:
Quantitative Trader roles: Expect a probability and logic test.
Developer roles: Expect a coding challenge focused on fundamental tech concepts.
At-home and timed assessment.

Virtual First Round Interview
Conducted with a current developer, quantitative trader, or researcher.
Includes both technical and behavioral questions.
4
Final Round Interview
May be in-person or virtual, depending on the team.
A half-day interview involving hands-on practice and in-depth discussion of your skills and experience.
