Submit Your Application

Complete a Technical Challenge

  • Role-dependent: 

    • Quantitative Trader roles: Expect a probability and logic test. 

    • Developer roles: Expect a coding challenge focused on fundamental tech concepts

  • At-home and timed assessment.

Virtual First Round Interview

  • Conducted with a current developer, quantitative trader, or researcher

  • Includes both technical and behavioral questions.

Final Round Interview

  • May be in-person or virtual, depending on the team. 

  • A half-day interview involving hands-on practice and in-depth discussion of your skills and experience.
